The machine is designed for hot or cold shading of bound books with flat knives after inserting the block into the binding cover.
It is used as an operating machine in book production in small and medium editions. All types of binding material are processed, incl. bumvinyl, calico, leatherine, woven materials, paper with a pressed film, etc. The main advantage of our hatching machine, in contrast to foreign analogues (operating on a pneumatic drive), is a mechanical drive with a force of 900 kg / cm2, which allows hatching any cover hardness.
The quality of shading for various binding materials, volumes and formats of the book is ensured due to the possibility of varying the three main parameters of the process: the heating temperature of the knives, the holding time of the book under the onslaught (shading time) and the force of the onslaught.
The operating mode of the machine is semi-automatic. The book is placed on the work table, equalized by the operator along the front edges of the cover, by pressing the pedal the drive is switched on, after which the working movement of the knives, shading with a given duration and the return of the knives to their original position are carried out automatically. Shading of books with round or flat spine is possible.
The drive of the machine is electromechanical, floor version.
