Double-roll glue machines are designed for one-sided coating with cold (model 2KM-40 Cold) or hot (model 2KM-40 Hot) glue of semi-finished sheet products in the production of book covers, in cardboard, pasted over, etc. works. Manual sheet feed, piece by piece. Manual acceptance of products - the sheet glued from below is removed from the machine feathers. Various water-based cold adhesives are used, incl. PVAD, latex, CMC, dextrin and starch adhesives, or synthetic adhesives for cold sizing. It is possible to glue with adhesives with temperatures up to 70 ° C, for example, galley, animals, special adhesives for bookcases, etc.
The material to be glued is paper (60 – 200 gsm), incl. lacquered, with pressed foil, lightweight boxboard, bindery materials such as vinyl, leerine, etc. Adjustment of the thickness of the applied adhesive layer is carried out by bringing together the adhesive rollers. For the convenience of cleaning the machine, the glue bath is quick-detachable.
The standard version is 380 V, by prior order - 220 V.
The machine is manufactured in a desktop version (on special order it is equipped with a trolley).
